The Mixed Tape

This post is going to be in random, as usual. It's unwinding time again, so here I go.

Diana gave me good songs, and I really thank her for that. I've been so consumed these past few days and I really wanted something new to hear. Pressure goes along with me all the way. Pressure in time, pressure in studies, pressure in making decisions - stuff like that. And I can't find enough ways to manage them.

Hmm. Okay. Last Tuesday, so, that was 11.24.09, I had one of the best days as of the existing moment. ;) I was really surprised when Chester told me that I would be one of the debaters for the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants - PLM chapter's parliamentary event. I'd be with Vergel and Erly. Honestly, I really didn't have any idea about formal debates. I am engaged in public speaking, but not really into formal debates. Good thing, Vergel's a debater of V. Mapa HS - he knew things about parliamentary. When we saw the guidelines for the debate, he explained to us (w/ Erly) what Asian Parliamentary is, since it would be the procedure to be done.

We were so nervous. When we reached Gusaling Corazon Aquino AVR, I was like, dude, it's so cold in here. The air conditioner was in full. Haha. We sat down to watch first the extemporaneous speaking contest. Danica was our representative. She answered well, but it was then too short because the minimum time given was 2 minutes and a maximum of 3 minutes, while she talked for only about a minute and twenty seconds. She answered the question straight to the point & with clear explanations, though.

After the eight speakers for the extempo had spoken, there was a short break for the judges, and at the same time, it was the moment of truth for the debaters. Those contests are part of the JPIA-PLM's activities for the JPIA-PLM's week. So it was the CPA battle: Cardinals VS Patriarchs (us) VS Ambassadors. When we (Erly, Vergel & I) met our teammates for the debate, we were like, who among us would take the stage first? We needed three for the first debate. For team Patriarchs, there were only five of us - compared to other teams (they had six). For our team, three of us are freshmen, and the other two are sophomores. For the other teams, I guess all of the representatives are juniors. FINE. We are the underdog in terms of year level. Haha.

We were the Government. For the first face-off, it was Vergel who stood us the Prime Minister, the sophomore guy became the Deputy Prime Minister, and being the only girl, I held to be the Government Whip. The debate topic was "This house would prohibit criminals from voting." NOW, justify that. Haha. :)) Alright, fine. We lost but it was okay. We did our best. And knowing that people from the other party already had ideas about law because they're already in juniors, it was just fair. At least, we did our best to stand for team Patriarchs.

For the next team, Vergel stood as the PM again, Ate Lalaine became the DPM and Erly sat on my spot as the GW. And we lost the debate again with the topic "This house believes in a 'gunless' society."

After the debate, we finally decided to eat lunch because it was already quarter to 12. Hmkay.

As I have said earlier, that day was one of the best days as of the existing moment. I don't know how to share it with the sweetest words and in the most confidential manner. Ugh. Just bear with me. Haha. :))

The room was cold. He held my hand and I felt the warmth. The photographer asked for a pose and he was beside me, as he moved closer and I was almost leaning on his right shoulder.
We talked about a lot of things about him, and about me as well. His touch was gentle and his smiles were killing me. I was so consumed that when he asked me a question, my answer was really out of this world. He looked at me and I melted. I was out of my mind, so messed up with the current pressure but he held my hand and that was enough. I gained light. I felt lighter. I felt weak.
I wanted it to last forever. But forever is just a fantasy. And fantasy is far from reality.

Enough for the drama. Haha. :))

I'm quite excited for the first formal swimming class tomorrow. I'd be preparing my swim suit later.

I still need to have our Eng102 project (brochure) done. I'll be doing the layout and even though I'd be able to finish the base skin of the brochure now, I won't be able to have it done as fast as that because the pictures are with Li-wu, and Mom borrowed him meaning, I'd be able to have everything done later tonight. And I promised Lynsey that I'll send it to her at about 9PM for the printing.

Thanks Microsoft, for having Publisher on the techie world. Haha. :))

And hey. I so love the song Crazier by Taylor Swift. ;) I'm definitely NOT a fan of ~~Miley Cyrus~~, though. Duh? Haha. But... Take it from here:

The truth is, I was so out of my mind because of him. Haha. :)) Was I too obvious? Lol. He asked me a lot of questions, and most of my answers were really weird.

Random de facto~

A lot of things happened this week - as in, a lot. I'm not sure if I'd be able to enumerate eveything, but I'll try to. :)

I could no longer remember what happened last November 17 but on November 18, I received my first Acn52 quiz result. I got 72% (0-based). I failed because 75% is the passing rate. I got 54 out of 75 items - not bad, though. It's our first quiz, anyway - and at least, I didn't get a rating that's below 70% 'cause if that happens, I guess it will be harder to pull up the scores. But I smiled at the end of the day because Madam Ocho commented on my homework - clearly written in red pen: GOOD. Bohaha. :))

November 19 & 20 was College of Accountancy & Economics' 7th Founding Anniversary, est. 2002. Reign supreme. Live the CAE dream. I wasn't able to really enjoy those days because I was required by my Mom to go home early. Kill joy, baby. :(

I enjoyed the Boodle Fight, though. Haha. Our team, Orange Clubs, won this game. And as far as I know, marami na rin ipinanalo ang Orange Clubs sa iba pang major even kahit nangulelat kami sa Boost Your Team (cheering competition).

Nung Friday, I was so tired selling out those tickets for Mr. & Ms. CAE. Napilitan na nga akong abonohan yung Php50 dun 'cause I was supposed to meet Mom at about 12:30 PM. Oo. Uuwi na ako ng 12:30 tapos yung program proper mags-start ng 1PM, at matatapos na ng madaling araw. Haii ang ganda.

That day, nakuha ko rin ang ATM card ko. ;) RCBC Wow! Program went to PLM to issue ATM cards to interested students. No maintaining balance, so okay talaga siya to students like me. Isa pa, para na rin maka-save ako ng pera kasi pag hawak ko yung pera, kahit pa barya, maya-maya lang wala na yan kasi nagastos ko na.

And nakatanggap ako ng sobrand daming sermon ngayong nagdaang linggo. Kainis. :|

Saturday, wala pasok, due to insistent CAE people's demand. Bohaha. >:))

And dude. Nailipat na naman ako ng unit na hawak sa ROTC kahapon. 4B1 na ang hawak ko. Loko kasi si Sir Gonzales e. Haha. Naglipat ng mga tao. Dissolved na yung mga 5th platoon ng Bravo Company, 1st battalion. So ayun, yung mga dati kong hawak, nailipat din sa iba. And yo. Nakatakas na naman ako sa pagkawala ko ng bull cap. Haha. Hindi pa rin ako nalalagyan ng demerits. :P

And I envy those people na nakapanood na ng New Moon. :( Di bale. Sabi ni Lynsey, sasamahan daw niya ako pag nanood ako kahit nakapanood na siya. At hindi pa nakakapanood si Nur. And I guess si Meng gusto rin niya umulit. Siguro si Rose Ann din. Haha. Ang habol ko lang naman e magamit yung free movie pass ko e. Bohaha. =))

And I've been so unproductive again. Kaya ayokong naiiwan ng mag-isa sa bahay e. :|

Tapos si Bente-dos. Mukhang may problema. Ni hindi nga raw siya nakarampa for Mr. CAE last Friday e. How I wish I could be able to help him.

This is so random. Wala na akong ibang masabi. Haha. Ciao.~

it's a SMALL WORLD after all

I can't think of any appropriate title for this post 'cause this one's going to be in random. :) But before anything else, I would like to thank GOD for giving my beloved Dad another year here on earth. ;)

Uhm. Yesterday was quite a tiring day for me but at the same time, it was a one-shot happy day.

2nd training day sa ROTC. I still didn't have my bull cap so I asked Nur to bring Myrra's bull cap - but unfortunately, she wasn't able to come yesterday. Absent siya. Pero dahil magaling ako (lol), hindi ako nabigyan ng demerits. Bohaha. >:))

COCC: Bull cap mo?
AKO: Wala po eh.
COCC: Bakit? Nasaan?
AKO: Nasa kaklase ko pa kasi, kukunin ko pa sa kanya pagpasok ko sa loob.

Haha. Pero dapat naman talaga, kukunin ko kay Nur. Yun nga lang, si diya nakapasok. :D

Tapos we were assigned by Sir Gonzales to hold new cards for the attendance. Nailipat na ako ng hawak na unit - 5B1 na. Tatlo lang kakilala ko dun: Ervin Rodriguez, Emil Urao, at ang acting BatCom nila na si Mark Sacramento. At least may kakilala ako kahit papaano. Yun nga lang, they're all guys. Di tuloy ako makapagkwento tulad nung sa hawak kong unit nung first semester. Last semester kasi, 2A3 ang hawak ko, and mga babae sila. So madali lang maki-get along. Pero never mind. Masasanay din naman siguro ako sa mga yun. Mga bagong kakilala na rin. ;D

Nakakapagod maging admin sa RO. We hold the attendance cards, at lahat ng records mula sa late hanggang sa mga violations - sa paglalagay ng demerits, kami ang may hawak. Yesterday nga, mga 1:30PM na ako nakauwi. Yung ibang kadete, 12noon dismissed na. Inayos pa kasi namin nina Ronquillo at Delos Reyes yung mga records at nag-total ng number ng present, pati yung mga bilang ng absentees. Nakakahilo kayang magbilang. :D

Pagkauwi ko, pahinga ng konti. Nag-harvest ako ng tanim ko sa Farm Ville. Haha. :)) Tapos habang nag-aayos na ako ng farm, dumating na yung grade 1 na tinuturuan ko. Oh yeah, kumikitang kabuhayan ito. Haha. :) Math kami - multiplication & division.

Then... After ko siyang turuan, pahinga ng konti. Nung mga past 6PM na, since birthday ni Daddy kinabukasan, kumain kami sa labas. We drove our way to MOA para dun na kami mag-dinner.

When we reached MOA, dumaan muna kami sa Watson. Nung nasa loob ng Watson sila, Colleen and I went towards the activity area kasi nandun ang Hale. Oh God. Ang cute ni Champ. Haha. =))

Tapos nagutom na kami. Haha. We decided to eat at Mann Hann. Kaso, puno. Maraming tao. So sabi ni Mommy, bumili daw muna kami ng sapatos ko, baka pagbalik namin, kumonti na ang tao kasi bihira lang naman na ganun karami ang kumakain dun.

Eh wala akong magustuhan sa mga styles. Nagsimula kami sa Parisian, tapos Gibi, Bandolino, Hush Puppies, Chelsea - kaso wala akong feel. Yung design na nagugustuhan ko, walang size para sa akin. Susme naman kasing paa 'to e. Size 4. Haha.

Kaya sabi ko, next time na lang. Cellphone na lang muna kasi nagloko na nga yung luma kong selepono. Yung gamit ko ngayon, maayos naman siya, pero mabilis ma-lobat. :|

Pagkabalik namin sa Mann Hann, puno pa rin. Tapos ayaw naman ni Daddy sa Max's Restau kasi ilang beses na raw kaming kumain dun. So, para maiba naman... Nag-ikot kami. Mommy asked us if we like to eat at Marina. Kaso may banda dun, at hindi ko type ang music nila. So sa Gerry's Grill na lang kami though naghintay kami ng mga about 15 minutes kasi puno rin dun.

So we settled at Gerry's Grill for dinner, having barbecues, kilawin, bulalo and crispy pata on our table. Nabusog ako. Haha. :))

Then we went home na, kasi mga quarter to 10 na yun e. Haii. Sarap.

Tapos ngayon, wala akong pasok kasi Monday. Haha. Tomorrow, simula na ng college days namin. Meaning, may pasok pero walang klase.

Pero kelangan kong magbasa ng lessons sa Acn52 kasi may homework kami for Wednesday. At kelangan ko na rin mag-aral kasi may quiz kami sa Math of Investment (Bma51) next meeting. Uhm, so kelan yun? Dapat bukas e. Kaso nga, may program. Bahala na. Basta pag-aaralan ko na lang.

And oh. What a small world! My beloved Lollerpop Ena and my long lost childhood friend Aryza Merida met each other in US and then they became friends. Wee. Kaya ayan, nagkaroon kami ng contact ni Aryza. Haha. Ang liit talaga ng mundo. We're of there same age, kaso she's still in junior high kasi iba naman ang education system doon.

At classmate ni Lara Ching ang second degree cousin ko na si Princess sa Asia Pacific College - BS Accountancy din. Hyaa.

JOKES aren't always funny.

Jokes are meant to make people laugh but not all jokes are funny enough.

Sometimes, one joke could ruin one's mood.And don't ever think that SORRY could fix everything. It can only patch up limited sort of things.

What you say is as important as how you say it.

Lahat ng tao gustong tumawa. Sino bang sira-ulo ang gustong nakasimangot na lang siya forever, diba? Alam kong kilala ako ng marami na masayahin kahit minsan eh medyo mababa ang luha pag medyo emotional na ang usapan. Pero pag napuno ako, I guess iilan pa lang ang nakakakita ng kung paano ako mainis ng bonggang bongga.

Nag-uusap kasi kami ni Presh kahapon kasi kinabahan kami threat ni Ma'm Ocho kasi nakita niya kaming nag-uusap habang may sinasabi siya. Hala! Bohaha. Pero parang wala na lang sa amin yun, kasi hindi naman na namin uulitin. Haha. Dapat lang naman diba? Mga pasaway na bata. LOL.

Tapos habang nag-uusap kami ni Presh, bigla akong tinanong ni E~ at ni V~ kung ano yung middle initial ko. Tapos pareho kami ni U~, inaasar kasi nila sa akin yun. Well, sinasakyan ko naman sila noon. Pero lately, ignore na lang kasi honestly naririndi na nga ako. Ewan ko ba kung bakit hindi pa sila makaramdam na hindi na sila nakakatuwa at hindi na joke ang dating sa akin nung pangaasar nila. Isa pa si J~ na ginatungan pa mga kasama niya.

Nung inasar na naman nila ako, nainis na talaga ako. Paano ba naman kasi diba? I was talking to someone, tapos bigla na lang sila magi-interrupt just to ask a question na gagamitin nila para mangasar. Sinong hindi maiinis? I mean, konting manners naman, respeto diba?

Tapos etong si V~, nagtaas na nga ako ng kilay, tuloy pa rin. Hindi pa yata nakaramdam na hindi man ako na-offend sa pangaasar niya pero nainis na ako.

Wala naman siguro silang karapatan na tawagin akong KJ o pikon kasi I used to ride with their jokes before kaya lang kasi, below the belt na. Makikisakay ka, hindi sila titigil. You try to ignore them, pero ganun pa rin. Sumabog na rin ako kahapon, plus the fact na nasaway pa kami ni Ma'm Ocho, shit na. Sunod-sunod a. I kicked my chair off, at pumunta ako kina Lynsey, kung saan hindi ko makikita yung mga mukha nila kasi lalo lang akong maiirita. Plus I have a deeper reason kung bakit ayokong inaasar ako kay U~. Alam na nila Lynsey, Presh, and the like yun - yung mga taong kasama ko sa shed last Tuesday. Ayoko na lang i-expose pa sa iba. Hindi yun kababawan na about social stuff. Pero, bastaaa.

Hindi naalis yung pagkairita ko until the end of the period of our last class. Uminit na kasi talaga yung ulo ko. Bwisit e. Tapos nung umalis na yung professor namin for our last subject yesterday, V~ approached me to apologize. Ewan ko, pero hindi sa nag-iinarte, lalo akong nabwisit nung lumapit siya at nagsabing "CC, sorry. Di na namin uulitin." NAIRITA AKO NG BONGGA. Ni hindi ko siya nilingon kasi baka makapagsalita ako ng hindi maganda, o baka mabato ko siya ng kung ano man. Sana naman kasi, nagpaka-sensitive man lang sila. At sana, lumapit siya at nag-sorry nung medyo lumamig na yung ULO ko, or maybe nag-sorry siya/sila right after nung nakita nilang nabadtrip na ako sa sinabi nila. Hindi yung katulad kahapon na I was on the verge of almost cursing them tapos saka lalapit at magsa-submit ng apology. WRONG TIMING KA, PARE. Lalo akong na-peste at na-leche.

Totoo naman kasi diba? Hindi lahat ng biro nakakatuwa. At hindi lahat ng nakikitawa sa biro mo eh natutuwa talaga. Minsan, paraan yun para patigilin ka nila kasi hindi ka na talaga nakakatuwa. At hindi man nakaka-offend ang isang biro, may point pa rin na yung tao eh mapupuno na kasi naririndi na siya at hindi na siya natutuwa sa mga pinagsasabi mo.

At pag nag-joke ka, maghanap ka naman ng tamang timing. :|

Ganun din pag humingi ka ng sorry, humanap ka ng tamang timing saka ka lumapit at humingi ng apology. Hindi yung ginawa mo yun just to say sorry. Ang sorry ay sinasabi hindi lang para masabi na nag-sorry ka, kundi yung malaman nung taong yun na sincere ka sa sorry mo. Ang dali lang kayang sabihin na, "Oi, sorry kanina ah." Pero ang tanong, do you really mean it? Hindi mo na ba talaga yun uulitin? Would it really be the last? Or else, kalokohan lang yung sorry mo kaya better shut up -wag ka na lang magsalita at manahimik ka na lang diyan sa tabi.

Pinuno niyo ako. Isa pa talaga, baka maibato ko sa inyo ang kung ano man ang hawak ko sa mga oras na gaguhin niyo pa ako - ballpen, papel, notebook, yellow pad, libro, eraser o kahit cellphone ko pa. Pag ako nairita, lumilipad lahat. Hindi ako nagagalit at mahaba ang pasensya ko. Kapag nainis ako sa'yo ibig lang sabihin nun eh sobra na yung ginagawa mo at umabot ka na sa dead end ng pasensya ko. Hindi naman ako galit sa inyo, sobrang naiinis lang ako. Naiinis, at HINDI nainis, meaning, until this point of time, eh kumukulo pa rin yung dugo ko pag naiisip ko kayo. DARN. Di na kinaya ng pasensya ko. Pasensya na rin sa mga nasasabi ko ngayon, gusto ko lang talagang ilabas. Sana kasi maging sensitive na kayo minsan sa mga sinasabi niyo, at sa kung paano niyo sinasabi ang mga bagay-bagay. Baka kasi sumosobra na kayo.

Kagabi, nagpunta kami sa Araneta, QC sa Funeraria Paz para dumalaw sa lamay ng asawa ni Ma'm Diaz. Condolences po, Ma'm. Kagabi rin, may mass tapos after ng mass yung necrological services for SPO4 Edison Diaz. Ang ginaw sa punerarya. Haha. Nilamig ako ng bongga.

Tapos may naalala akong sinabi ni Fr. Pestin nung homily niya. Kakilala kasi siya ni Mommy kasi magkababayan sila, and si Fr. Pestin ang nag-misa kagabi.

DEATH alone isn't really the end, but it means going back to GOD, our Almighty Creator. The word death, when the letters are juggled, would form the word H-A-T-E-D. Meaning, if we have hate in our hearts, it's the real meaning of the end of our lives. The denotative meaning of death is far beyond its real meaning.
So don't ever think that death is the end, 'cause it's really not. It is just the beginning of eternal life. :)

O siya, magbabasa na ako mamaya ng mga lessons for tomorrow. :) Hmm, may PE na kaya kami bukas? Tinatamad pa ako magdala ng swimsuit. Bohaha. =))

New Moon && Kwento

I just can't wait to see the movie. Ugh. I've been watching the trailers again and again from time to time. I'm still unsure if I'd be able to watch it on its first day of showing, though. November 20 is a Friday - wala akong mahabang break pag Friday kasi dun ko nilagay ang PE class ko. Marami rin sa mga classmates ko ang gustong manood ng New Moon so I don't have any problem for the "company".

Sabi ko, dapat maging productive ako for today... Kaso dahil home alone na naman ako, ayan. Hindi ko pa nasisimulan ang mga dapat kong gawin. I'm gonna do those stuff later na. I'm not sure about my answers for the Acn52 homework so I'll just bring my stuff tomorrow and sa school na gagawa with my blockmates - group study na rin at the same time.

And yo! Gumaganda na yung farm ko sa Farm Ville! Haha. I'm really enjoying that Facebook application - stress reliever. Nakakasawa na kasi yung Friends For Sale e. Haha. :))

Tapos, eto na. Oras na para magkwento ng kung anu-ano. :D

Last Saturday... Gen & Emman asked me.

EMMAN: Kung walang kumander si Papa V, tapos niligawan ka niya, sasagutin mo ba? Ay, may pag-asa ba?
AKO: (tingin kay Papa V/Bente-dos) Wala.
GEN: Bakit naman?
AKO: Religion e.
AYKA: Bakit, ano ba religion mo?
AKO: Catholic ako. E siya iba religion niya.
GEN: E ikaw Ayka. Pag wala yung kumander, sasagutin mo ba?
AYKA: Hindi rin.
EMMAN: Bakit?

Haha. =)) Roman Catholic din si Ayka. :D

At nami-miss ko na si Maureen! She transferred to another school na kasi, though BS-Acctncy pa rin naman ang course niya. Wala nang matakaw. :( Wala na si Mantsa. :( Nakukulangan ako kasi wala na yung isa sa mga lagi kong kasama. Sa TIP daw siya lumipat... Haii. :* MissYou Mau. :3

At birthday ng isa sa mga crush ko bukas. Haha. :)) It's the huge-time (kulang ang "big-time" as the adjective) flirt's 17th birthday - PTboy. Alam kong kilala 'to ng karamihan na PLMayers na Mascian - lalo na sina Jedd, Emae, Gigi and the like. Basta. :)) And speaking of PTboy, nakita namin siya ni Nurie sa SM Manila yesterday. After kasi ng enrollment sa ROTC, Nur and I went to SM Manila para magpalamig dahil sobrang init. Pumunta kami sa Quantum, bumili ng tokens at naglaro ng Dance Maniax. :)) Naghulog muna kami ng tig-tatlong tokens. Eh di naglaro na kami. Tapos tinamad pa kaming umuwi, so bumili ulit kami ng tokens na tig-dalawa. While we were waiting for out turn, we saw Chester. Maglalaro din daw siya. He was with PTboy (magka-tropa kasi sila e:)) and yung isang fine-flirt ni PTboy na barkada din nila. Oh yes - it was a big time Public Display of Affection. Haha. =)) PDA talaga. Tumatawa na lang kami ni Nur - crush din kasi ni Nur yun e! Haha. =))

Tapos magkakaroon ng college day ang College of Accountancy and Economics next week. Chester listed me as a participant for CAE'S Search for the Ultimate Dance Crew. May audition pa yata yun e. Pero sige, dun na lang. Kahit saan naman, ayos lang sa akin e. Haha. Tapos may minor game akong sinalihan - Boodle Fight! Oh yes. Tapos ang mga ipapakain daw, mga out of this world. Marami kaming sumali dun - just for fun lang naman e. Haha. I just want the out of this world experience.

It's still quite the same just like the old skin, pero yung navigation sa header image na mismo.

November na pala :))

November na nga. Malapit na ang Christmas oh. :)

Ang daming nangyari these past few days. At dahil marami ngang nangyari, tinamad na rin ako mag-blog... Pero dahil free day ko naman ngayon (hyes.unang free day sa 2nd sem.:)), ayan na. Susulat na naman ako ng isang nobela. Haha. =))

October 31, 2009 - Saturday

Biglaan lang 'to. Nasa plans na talaga namin na pupunta kami ng Tagaytay ng weekend, pero ang balak sana namin, Sunday na lang instead of Saturday, since wala naman pasok ng Monday. And one thing more: kasagsagan ng bagyo nung Sabado. Nung umaga, ang lakas ng hangin. Yung ibang puno nga sa amin na mahihina ang kapit eh nagsiharangan na sa kalsada ng subdivision. Pero hindi naman umulan ng malakas. Parang ambon nga lang e, pero yung hangin, it really blew hard. Tapos ang lamig pa sa kwarto kahit patay na yung aircon. :D

Tapos nung mga 10AM na, humina na yung hangin. Wala ring ulan. My youngest sister asked my father kung tutuloy ba sa Tagaytay at kung kelan. E sabi niya, baka bukas na lang. E nagmaktol yung kapatid ko. Haha. :)) Kaya nga raw sila pumayag na hindi na lang mag-SM kahapon e dahil akala nila tuloy na tuloy na sa Tagaytay nung araw na yun.

Then sabi ng Dad ko, SIGE daw. :)) Basta ba raw dapat lahat ready na by 12NOON. Kapag nakaligo na lahat, nakapag-lunch na kami and bla-blah, tuloy. Pero pag hindi, sorry na lang. Haha.

E di kami, naligo ng bonggang bongga. Nakapagluto na yung lola ko ng lunch. Tapos inayos na lang namin. By 12NOON, ready na lahat except for Dad. E di hinintay muna namin siya. Wala na siyang palag, nagawa namin yung dare niya e. Haha. Akala niya di namin magagawa yun kasi alam niyang lahat kami mabagal maligo. Haha. :]

So we went to Tagaytay and dun na kami nag-lunch. GRABE, ANG GINAW. Haha. As in, huwow!!! Ni hindi ko mahawakan yung spoon and fork ko ng maayos kasi nanginginig ako, kami, sa lamig. Tapos ang ganda pa ng view kasi kitang-kita yung Taal Volcano. Though, ilang beses ko na yun nakita ng malapitan kasi lagi naman kami sa Tagaytay... Pag magandang view talaga, hindi nakakasawa. :)

Mga 2PM siguro, or maybe 3? Di ko namalayan yung oras... Napagkasunduan na namin na mag-road trip sa Batangas. :) Nagpunta kami sa Lemery kung saan makikita ang Fantasy World kuno. Hindi na kami pumasok sa Fantasy World mismo kasi masyado nang hapon. Nag-site viewing na lang kami from afar sa castle-like structure nun. :)

November 01, 2009 - Sunday

The next day, UNDAS. Since nasa province naman ang karamihan sa mga relatives namin na kinuha na ni Bro, we didn't bother to go to the province kasi pasukan na ng Nov. 3. Dinalaw na lang namin si Uncle Kristopher sa Discovery Suites kasi gusto daw nila kaming makita.

So ayun nga. Nagpunta kami dun. Ang ganda nung room na kinuha ni Tito... Haha. Dun na kami kumain ng lunch. Tapos nung mga one hour after namin kumain, bumili kami ng ice cream sa may 711 sa labas ng hotel. Nung nasa lobby na kami nung isang aunt ng mom ko, we saw the Miss Earth 2009 candidates. NANLIIIT KAMI. Haha. Nung nagpaulan si Lord ng height, siguro ang himbing ng tulog ko kaya ganun. Tapos sila gising na gising. :))

Nung nakabili na kami, syempre dadaan ulit kami dun. Nakita ko ulit sila. =)) Nung paakyat na kami sa elevator, may tatlo kaming nakasabay na Ms. Earth 2k9 candidates. Di ko lang maalala kung saang countries sila galing. Tapos yung lola ko (aunt ng mom ko), dahil aliw masyado, kinuhanan niya kami ng picture nung isang candidate dun. Haha. =))

DOT DOT DOT... Tapos pauwi na kami. Nung pagkalabas namin sa door ng room ni Tito, Ms. Earth-Spain 2009 was there, heading to the elevator. E excited mga kasama ko, so ayun. Picture-picture w/ Ms. Spain. Alejandra daw ang name niya, di ko lang sure kung tama spelling ko. Haha. Di kasi siya masyado marunong mag-English so hirap din siyang makipag-communicate. Konting English lang daw alam niya. :) She's really gorgeous and ugh, tall. =))

Sa lobby, ang dami pa rin nila. :)) E tapos, hapon na. Kaya ayun, pumunta na kami sa parking lot sa basement and then we went home. :D

NOVEMBER 3 NA!

Back to school. Yikes. Tapos na ang maliligayang araw ng semester break. Pasukan na ulit, paduguan na naman ng utak. Puyatan na naman at pahabaan ng mga isinusulat.

Of course, ibang iba yung first day nung first sem - tahimik... Ngayong second sem - maingay! Haha. Ang daming kwento at kamustahan and blah blah blah... Ibang iba talaga. :)

At, gusto ko lang pasalamatan si LYNSEY BUENAVENTURA for comforting me yesterday kasi nag-emo ako for confidential reasons. THANK YOU FRIEND A. :D

Isn't it ironic, don't you think?

No, the layout's not new - obviously. I still don't have any new theme in mind and I still can't find the right condition of my brain to customize the codes and make a new blog skin. Tinatamad pa kasi ako. Na-inspire lang ako sa kanta ni Alanis Morissette na Ironic. It's an old song, though. Maganda kasi yung lyrics and content-wise, the song just wants to highlight one thing: Life is ironic, which is so damn true naman talaga. So I went to find an image on DA saka ko in-edit and poof! Yan na ang bagong header ng blog ko ngayon. Credits are given to specific deviants. :)

Three more days to go and the second semester begins. I reviewed our course prospectus and hey, I was like, WOW. The subjects are suicidal as far as the subject titles are concerned; but I am somehow excited in taking them up, especially those subjects about law. Oh yes, meron. And we're flooded with business principles and taxation subjects. Oha. San ka pa? Haha.

Um yes, we're required to take summer classes kasi 4 years na lang kami instead of five. Better, mas mabilis. :D

Alright. Saka ko na ishe-share yung iba pang subjects na kukunin ko - saka na pag umabot na ako dun. Baka ma-disappoint lang ako eh. Haha. LOL. Pero aabot yan. Ipapasa NAMIN ang comprehensive exam and we'll still be BSA students next year at matatapos NAMIN ito. Hay Lydia, may araw ka rin. Haha. CPA ka lang, ako, magiging CPA-LAWYER, tandaan mo yan. :) Lahat KAMI magiging successful and we're gonna make sure na pag humarap na kami sa'yo sa labas ng Pamantasan, maisasampal sa'yo yung mabababang grades na binigay mo sa amin na alam naming hindi naman namin deserve. We deserve higher grades - hello? Sa pagpupuyat pa lang at sa effort na in-exert naming lahat to understand you pag late ka sa klase, pag late mo kaming dini-dismiss at pag hindi mo nae-explain sa amin ng maayos ang mga lessons na dapat naming maintindihan ng matino - dun pa lang oh, tsk.

O diba, life is too ironic? Kung sino pa yung professor na hindi magaling magturo, siya pa ang may lakas ng loob na bigyan ng mabababang grades ang marami sa mga students niya. IRONY. Huh.

At sana matuloy kami sa Tagaytay this weekend. I miss the cold Tagaytay breeze. :)
